Wow did he loose control or what! Bad calls or no calls happened the whole match but the Timbers did come out flat in the first half. Once the the PK and Suzuki getting tossed the match was over. The Timber played better in the second half but being a man down could not find the net. Goat of the Match Gregor on his pass to the Miami player who was one on one with our keeper. Yes he made a good dive to get the PK but I have seen this happen before against the Timbers and yes the ref gave the match away to Miami at that point. Suzuki picked up a silly yellow on the kickoff which was the beginning to the end. Even with a bad ref this should be a wake up call for the Timbers. Lets see how they handle their next match which is on the road. Time for the Timbers to find a good center mid as they have none now. Rant over.

I really couldn't see the PK call by the Ref, it did seem like a good flop, and I agree the game was totally influenced by that turn of events, but the Timbers didn't act like Pro's in response and can only blame themselves for the loss. I'm there for every game, win or loose, but I'm concerned the impact this weekend will have on future home crowds. I know I was very disappointed in the play of the team and their response to adversity.
