0-0 Match. The reserves were played and some who are still looking for a spot on the team. Everyone played well. Better chances on goal but still did not score. All the forwards that are signed did play. The Timbers signed Mandjou Keita with very high hopes as their striker and we saw him play in the second half. He did not get the ball that much but when he did he showed some great control. Player of the match was Nishimura was my man of the match as once again he was very solid on the left side. His shot on goal in the second half required a class save by the U of P keeper. What I like about Nishimura is his does not get knocked off the ball, has great control, speed and can shoot all this from a defender.
